In the event of bad weather, vessel breakdown, lack of a minimum of 6 passengers or illness of the crew, the company may cancel the event, with a full refund of the amount paid.
This activity is prohibited for pregnant women and not recommended for people with serious back or spinal problems.
If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, customer no show will invalidate the refund.
Dolphins are wild and unpredictable animals, so the company cannot guarantee an encounter with these mammals on 100% of trips. In this case, the customer will be given a voucher to repeat the experience.
